Freshtel Bill Payment e-Guide

1.1 Quick Payment via email 



Step 1: From the email, click on the payment link provided.


1.2 Quick Payment via QR Code



Step 1: From the invoice, click on the payment link provided or scan on the QR Code.


1.3 Quick Payment via SMS


Step 1: From SMS, click on the payment link provided.



Step 2: Select the amount you wish to pay and click "Proceed"   to continue






2. Online Payment via Customer Portal



Step 1: Browse "www.freshtel.my", click "LOGIN"

Step 2: Fill in “Email” & “Password” and click  "Log in"

Step 3: Select the invoice that you intended to pay and click  "Pay Now"  to proceed

Note: Please tick starting from the oldest outstanding bills


Please select your choice of payment method :



Step 1: Select “Credit / Debit Card” and click "Proceed"

Step 2: Fill in the card information: Name of Cardholder, Card Number, Expiration Date

Step 3:  (Optional )  Save this card for future transaction

Step 4:  

(Optional)  Enable Auto Debit ( Allowing Freshtel Internet to perform recurring payment after monthly bill is generated )

Step 5: Check on the Term & Condition & Privacy Notice, and click "Pay Now" to complete the payment. 


Step 1: Select “Online Banking” or "e-Wallet" and click "Pay Now"

Step 2: Fill in your name

Step 3: Click "Submit" to continue

Step 4: Select your bank account

Step 5: Click "Proceed" to confirm transaction

Online Payment through Customer Portal

1 – Go to "www.freshtel.my" , click "LOGIN"

2 – Fill in username & password and click "Log in"

3 – Click “Credit Card” icon on the billing invoice that you would like to pay for

4 – Click “Pay Now” to start paying

5 – Fill in your name

6 – Click "Submit" to continue

7 – Select your bank account

8 – Click "Proceed" to confirm transaction
